For individuals

For registered club members (age 18+) to become a member of DBNSW (includes code of conduct and prohibited employment declaration forms) - Junior individual membership form

For existing and past members who wish to remain as a member of or renew membership to DBNSW but not currently a member of any registered dragon boat club in NSW. The request to become an affiliate member will be assessed by the DBNSW Board of Management for approval. - Club transfer request form
For existing and previous members who wish to transfer from one club to another. Individuals must complete the Club Transfer Form and have it signed by the secretary of their existing club. Paperwork can then be forwarded to office@dbnsw.org.au. Once paperwork has been received by DBNSW, the transfer of members information from one club to another can then begin and reprint of membership card.
