Preliminary Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting

The Board of Dragon Boats NSW Inc would like to give preliminary notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to all Member Clubs.
The meeting will be held on Sunday 23rd October at 10:00 am.
The meeting will be held both online and in person. Physical venue is Level 2, Quad 1, 8 Parkview Drive, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127.
Director Nomination and Notice of Motion form can be found at the links below. The submission deadline for these is Sunday 25 September by 11:59 pm.
As you will see in the preliminary notice there are quite a few elected director positions becoming available at the upcoming AGM. We encourage clubs to talk to their members and have them consider putting in a nomination.
Each club may nominate a voting delegate (one per club) as well as an additional non-voting attendee. Delegates can be submitted via the nomination form below and should be completed by 5:00 PM 11 October. A quorum (50% of clubs) is required for the AGM to proceed.
Additional presentations will be arranged and be held after the AGM. Details of these activities will be sent alongside the meeting agenda later this month.
