Register to let your local sweep coordinator know that you are ready to do your Level 2 Sweep Test.
Requests for tests will be considered as requested and as time premits.
Before your assessment please forward to your sweep coordinator:
eLearning Moodle Course Certificate or Screenshot.
Sports Integrity Australia Course Certificate.
First Aid (including CPR) Certificate.
Screenshot of your Working With Children Check.
Scan of your completed Competency Checklist.
Logbook with a minimum 23 Hours on the water.
